Do you accept returns or refunds on digital products?

Because our products are delivered digitally, all digital purchases are final. Once access to the content has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.


Why are digital sales non-refundable?

Digital products such as music tracks, albums, and downloadable content are made available immediately after purchase and cannot be returned like physical goods. This policy helps protect the integrity of our original work and ensures fair use.


What if I have trouble accessing my purchase?

If you experience any technical issues, receive the wrong file, or believe there has been an error with your order, please CONTACT US. We are happy to help resolve access or delivery issues.


What if I didn’t receive my download email?

Please allow a few minutes for delivery and check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please CONTACT US. and we will assist you promptly.


Can I use the music in my classes, videos, or business?

It depends on the license purchased. Standard music purchases are for personal listening only. Business use, social media content, fitness classes, public events, videos, marketing, or other commercial uses require an appropriate commercial license.


Can I resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the music?

No. Purchasing a song, album, or custom music package does not transfer copyright ownership. All music remains the intellectual property of Izzy on the Eyes. Music may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded to music platforms as your own work, or transferred to another person without written permission.
